I believe a student only retains information when they feel most comfortable; as well as this, I attempt to create a fun learning environment and try to make the student relate to what they're learning as much as possible. When a student can relate something I teach them, to something they do in everyday life, memory recall is triggered when performing that task- enabling them to go over what they have learned, unintentionally.
