I am a working drummer/ drum teacher in the London area with a current, relevant and upbeat approach to teaching drum kit, drawing on my own playing experiences from work in the music business.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
Drum kit, whether that be Jazz, Rock, Pop or anything in between. I also provide specific lessons helping drummers who never learned to read music to go back and learn!
- Tell me about your qualifications.
BA Hons Jazz (Upper Second). I recently graduated from Middlesex University after a three year Jazz Degree.
A lot of what I try to pass on as a tutor is what I have picked up through my playing career. I have played in pit orchestras for musicals, in rock bands, in jazz small and big bands and as a session musician for artists.
I notably played on Capital FM and Radio 1's Live Lounge with Example and his band in support of his single Won't Go Quietly.
- How much do you charge?
£25 per hour

I am in the process of setting up my home studio which will provide facilities for me to teach at home.
I am willing to travel to Central, North and East London to teach.

Week days and weekends are possible, during and out of term time. Please contact me to sort out a time.
