My method is fairly simple: first I approach basic understanding of topics, focusing on areas of weakness until I am satisfied that my student has good comprehension of the subject area. After this I focus on exam technique (this is, after all, where most marks are gained and lost).
I am a first/second year Engineering student at Durham University. I have tutored 3 different students over the past year (two for A-level, one for GCSE). All three were predicted A*s for their summer exams. My A-level physics student was even able to achieve the top grade in her year group in mocks.
Must cancel at least two hours prior to session.
12 A*s at GCSE (including triple science, maths and further maths)
4 A*s at A-level (Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry)
Received a First for my first-year studies at Durham University for engineering
Experience tutoring GCSE and A-level physics, as well as A-level maths
Cellan is a great trustworthy tutor! He explains something in a different way to my usual physics teachers to provide me with a greater depth of understanding. Cellan’s helped me get the prediction I need for university. Definitely would recommend!
