I am a flexible individual, keen to help and passionate about good language teaching. As a language learner myself and teacher of all levels and abilities, I am patient and determined to help a student reach their personal goals. I always spend the first five to ten minutes of the lesson reviewing the last lesson, and I continue to do this throughout the year.
During my A-Levels, I worked as a weekly tutor to a GCSE Spanish student. Additionally, in April 2015, I was employed by Oxford University, Pembroke college to hold revision sessions for a day for AS French students at William Morris Sixth Form. I have also been an online tutor at (concealed information) for three years now and recently I tutored an A Level French student, who got an A. I want that to be you too! As the father of my A Level student said, I never just 'turn up' to your lessons!
Extended Project Qualification-A
I am currently working at a 2:1 at Durham University. As for my voluntary work, I tutored a girl in Year 8 for French and as the Student Deputy Head of Languages at my sixth form, I ran supplementary lunchtime classes for Year 7 students studying French. I also volunteered to help GCSE languages students with their coursework during lunchtimes, and participated in revision sessions.
