I would like to give lessons to students up to GCSE year. My focus is going to be on allowing students to express their thoughts into words. I find that most students actually do have great things to say, yet the problem is actually putting them into words, especially under time conditions. My methodology will be centred around writing structure, diversity of language and feeling comfortable working under timed conditions.
My rates may vary depending on the travel distance.
My academia has always focussed around essay subjects, and language fluency and eloquence is an extremely key part of that. I achieved 10 A*'s and an A at GCSE, and A*AA at A-Level. Although I have not taught professionally before, I guided both my siblings through their public exams successfully.
I am currently in my first year at Durham University, having taken a Gap Year, where I travelled various places such as South America. I am studying Politics and Philosophy Combined Honours degree, with the ambition to complete the GDL and LPC courses upon graduation.
