- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach the violin, I also studied the piano and singing to grade 8 standard so am able to teach piano and singing for beginners.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I studied violin performance at the Royal Northern College of Music and received a Bmus 1st Class Honours.
I have passed my grade 8 violin, piano and singing with distinction. I have worked hard for my achievements and would love to share my knowledge with others!
- How much do you charge?
I offer a free introductory lesson, and normally charge £30 an hour.
There are discounts for group lessons and also block bookings!

- Where do you teach?
I teach at my house in Stroud, but I am able to travel to you depending on how far away you are. I am able to travel about 15 miles outside of Stroud.

- When are you available?
I am currently free on Tuesdays and Sundays all day, and every other day from 6pm.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
Every age and level are welcome!
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I am happy to prepare you for anything you wish for, whether it be for joy of playing, or exams.
- Do you have a personal message for students?
I am looking for enthusiastic and open-minded people who share a passion for music.
I would love to teach any age, and level. Your lessons will be tailored to meet your personality and needs.
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have experience teaching the violin and am keen to help.
I have played with many orchestras including leading local, county and university orchestras. I have also toured parts of the world with the European Union Youth Orchestra.
- Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
I have a CRB required for attending RNCM.
- Where and with whom did you train?
I studied at the Royal Northern College of Music with Yuri Torchinsky, Leader of the BBC Philharmonic.
