Experienced music teacher based in Brockley providing lessons for beginners to advanced players of all ages. Instrumental lessons tailored to suit the individual, at my home in Brockley or in the comfort of their own home.

- How much do you charge?

£30 per hour

- Where do you teach?

I am available for lessons at my home in Brockley, London. I am also able to travel to teach you in your home, with the addition of an extra £5 to cover travel expenses.

- When are you available?

My timetable is flexible and I can teach during the week or at weekends.

- Which ages and levels do you teach?

I teach pupils of all ages and abilities.

- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?

I usually prepare pupils for graded exams (either ABRSM of Trinity Guildhall) but I am happy to adapt to fit with any pupil's needs and desired goals.

- Do you have a personal message for students?

I provide a relaxed environment where the pupil can learn at their own pace, with or without graded exams as a goal.

About Emma

- What kind of experience do you have?

-Have experience of teaching pupils of varied ages and abilities in both group and individual lessons.
-I lead two recorder consorts, for young and adult players.
-Extensive experience of performing as a soloist, and as a part of orchestras and chamber groups.

- Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?

I am currently a postgraduate student at the Royal College of Music, learning oboe with David Theodore and John Anderson and cor anglais with Christine Pendrill.
I was previously taught by David Thomas at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance
