About Monalisa
I am an Electrical Engineer and MBA (HR) , I have been working as HR professional for 12 yrs and been teaching EWS students. Was taking classes in all subjects for 7th and 8th standard students during my college days. Post that have been teaching needy students across secondary and higher secondary, including 10th standard students (in Maths and science). Currently volunteering as HR and teaching staff to special kids and EWS students.

I prefer Logical learning methodology also I believe there is not just only one way to solve a problem.
Therefore I encourage my students to come up with their ideas and try solving the problem even if I taught in a particular way, as there is always a chance that a young brain will find easy and more logical way to solve a problem.
I prefer myself as well as my students to be prepared before the class and plan the session accordingly.
Also I am not perfect so I may not know answers to all your queries but then never hesitate to ask cause we may together find the answer to your questions.
