All students have different learning styles, with one to one teaching I can provide worksheets, detailed explanations and diagrams to ensure they understand different concepts. I also use acronyms to help students to better understand the subject. I am very patient and like when questions are asked and do not mind if questions need to be asked ten times, until students understand.
I am studying foundation engineering at Swansea University, I have not formally taught any GCSE students but have taught my younger brother who has passed all of the new GSCEs with grades 9-6. At GCSE level I achieved a grade B in higher maths and grade B in triple sciences.
Offering GCSE mathematics and GCSE chemistry lessons as online lessons only, a 24 hour cancellation policy is in place, if lessons are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance then you will be charged for the full amount.

I passed all my GCSEs including history, Spanish, product design, ICT and short course religious studies, as well as compulsory subjects: mathematics, triple science and English literature and language with all grades A-C.
For my A-levels, I chose to take: Biology, Chemistry and ICT. My a-level grades allowed me to pursue a career in Medical Engineering. As I did not take mathematics and physics at A-level Swansea University offer a foundation year, in which the foundations of your GCSE knowledge is built upon to the standard which will allow you into year one of the foundation year.
For the past three years I have worked at Brands Hatch Race Course, Sevenoaks as a waitress and bartender, this part time job has enabled me to:
• Communicate with my peers and customers
• Improve my time management skills
July 2015 and June 2016:
As part of my year 11 and year 12 work experience, I spent a week at Moorfield's Eye Hospital in London the range of skills which I learnt were:
• How to manufacture ocular prosthetics
• Learning to work with new materials
For my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award I volunteered at Oxfam in New Ash Green, the range of skills I gained was immense which included:
• The importance of responsibility
• Development of skills in communication
• Independence in tasks
• Range of communication skills
• Good leadership and teamwork skills
• Hard working
• Grade 6 in Spanish Asset Language Certificate
• Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award
• ICT Functional Skills Award
• Good listening skills
• National Citizens Service Award
• Maintain performance under pressure
• Commitment in tasks
My personal interests would include working at Brands Hatch Race Circuit, Sevenoaks as I have a passion for racing. Outside of work I participate in badminton and I used to do MMA and taekwondo but now I enjoy watching the sports rather than participating in them. I used to also take up swimming twice a week but stopped to commit some more time to my studies.
