I approach the tutorial sessions by going over the subject matter briefly after consulting the student and knowing what he/she wants to cover in the period of time. After that, I go over past year papers and the solutions to the questions in those past papers.
Currently reading Chemical Engineering in Imperial College London. Studying here as a Yayasan Khazanah scholar and am pursuing a 4 year MEng course. I studied Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Further Mathematics in A Level. Hoping to help lots of students through my sessions.
Having known Roshan for the better part of a decade, I can confirm that he is one of the brightest minds I have had the privilege of working with. He may approach mathematical problems in uncanny ways but it just further demonstrates his aptitude and mental agility in the field of mathematics. Being an undergraduate at the prestigious school of Chemical Engineering at Imperial underlines his credentials as being a skilled mathematician. Roshan also has excellent people skills and can definitely relate to students from diverse backgrounds. He receives my unequivocal endorsement to be a mathematics tutor.
Roshan makes maths more understandable and hence easier to do. He guides me through example questions to ensure that I understand the steps and formulas thoroughly. He is patient when it comes to topics I struggle with, and he takes time to understand what I find difficult so that he can discuss more about them
