I can vary my teaching style based on the needs of the group or the individual. For higher level students we can have theoretical debates, and for lower ability we can look at exercises and making sure you know the material to pass your exams.
I'm a qualified English teacher, having just finished my PGCE. I received such high marks on my assignments that I now have 60 credits towards a Masters degree in Education. I spent several months on placement in two different secondary schools, teaching English and PSHE to Years 7-11.
I'm an English and creative writing graduate who previously worked one-to-one with students with SEN needs, teaching English, Maths and Science.
I've also spent the last three years voluntarily teaching PSHE in secondary schools while studying for my BA (Hons), as well as doing one-to-one tutoring for students and young people to help prepare them for English GCSEs or A-Levels.
I offer lessons in person for £11 per hour, or £11 per hour on webcam. First sessions are always free, and discounts are available for those willing to book larger amounts of lessons.
5 sessions = £45
10 sessions = £90
I also offer proofreading and constructive feedback for essays at a rate of £5 for essays up to 5,000 words and £10 for essays up to 10,000 words.
