I am prepared to give English lessons for GCSE and A-Level students.
The way I plan my lesson is to look at my student's weak and strong points within the subject and analyse any area they seem to be lacking.
I would then set examples and techniques of how to overcome their difficulties.
Also, I would also teach the effective way on how to research and analyse novels, plays and poetry. Also, to explain the techniques writer's use within their texts and the effect of context surrounding the literature.
I am an English Language and Literature student. I am currently going into my final year of my degree. I aim to pursue a career as an English Teacher. I have also completed my GCSEs and A Levels in both subjects, thus giving me a wide range of knowledge surrounding literature and linguistics.
Whether you are a GCSE student or A Level the rates remain the same. If I have to travel out of distance i have noted there will be an extra £10 charge. If you want to cancel a lesson please do so prior 48 hours before the lesson, as i will be adjusting my schedule. If you do cancel last minute then I will still be taking the fee.
I have always aspired to become a teacher, as I like to help, guide and share my knowledge with others. Also, I have the desire to play the role as inspiring students in getting an education.I have an out-going personality, which allows me to easily interact with people of all ages. Connecting and bonding with other people is my priority. I used to attend a special needs primary school called Thomasson Memorial which introduced me to Sign Language.
