My teaching methods are straight forward. I will set the student work that I think will help them progress in class. I use the syllabus from their school to create, age and group appropriate work to keep the student engaged and on target with the rest of their peers. I usually use worksheets, however I do find alternatives that help the student stay focused and to boost the learning that happens from the work.
I am able to stay focused and stop procrastinating low. I use professional methods that keep the student focused on work. I am easy to get along with and make sure the student keeps on track and learns/remembers the work.
I am currently a grade 8 (A*) student. I have been tutoring for two years with primary and year 7-9 secondary school. When sitting SATS, students I have tutored gained level 5 and 6's. In secondary schools I have helped previous students move up sets and helped with homework aswell as extra work.
I currently study 12 GCSE's and have gotten 9's -that are equivalent to A*- in all subjects (however in maths it was an 7).²
I have been studying English literature and language for 4 years and I have had my literature made into books.
