During my school education I have noticed that even the most passionate of students sometimes have trouble adhering to mark schemes! At A-Level I put a great deal of focus onto what specifically was expected of my answers, and as a result I achieved a high A* with 100% in all coursework. I am highly passionate about my subject and would love to help other students achieve the same by critiquing essays and improving exam technique.
I am most familiar with Edexcel English Literature, but am not limited to it.
I am also able to teach WJEC Film Studies and OCR Ethics and Philosophy (AS and A-Level).
I do not actually have any official prior experience in tutoring yet, however in school my essays were frequently used as examples and I would often give advice to my peers. I am patient and understanding and would love to help students achieve their full potential.
3 A-Levels grades A*A*B, 1 AS grade C
Extended Project Qualification grade A
9 GCSEs grades A*-C
I am currently taking some time out of university study and am working as an intern on a documentary film. I do intend to complete my English Literature degree in the future.
