I have known and collaborated with Sadia on community projects involving music and the concept of 'bringing people together' for around 2 years now. She has an exceptional and endearing personality with the unique ability to make people feel relaxed and able to achieve to a high and inspiring level. I have seen Sadia help to motivate group members into participating within different settings, allowing for increased confidence and increased group bonding. All of this has happened within the incredible diverse and wonderful group which is the Oasis World Choir and Band, a community arts project aimed at helping people from different parts of the world and of different religious backgrounds to work together and to integrate into the local Welsh communities with confidence and understanding. During her time with us Sadia has had a deep and positive impact on the group with her endorsement in the arts as a vehicle to raise people above their differences.
Sadia's profession is teaching. She is a highly experienced and highly qualified teacher with years of school managing and teaching in her country of birth.
She has shown that she realises the need for an understanding of perhaps slightly different methods in the UK education system and has made herself aware, via personal professional development, and knows how to and is willing to adapt her techniques to suit.

I can't recommend Sadia highly enough in whatever role she is considered for.
She is a team player, collaborator, nurturing, full of positivity with empathy and high expectations for those she is interacting and working with.
