English teacher, 25 years teaching English and literature up to GCSE level

Methodology

Students learn by connecting new knowledge with knowledge and concepts that they already know, most effectively inactive social classrooms where they negotiate understanding through interaction and varied approaches. I have a strong desire to help young people with their academic, personal, and social needs coupled with a friendly yet professional approach.

Experience

Iam a qualified teacher teaching for over 25 years in secondary education. I have taught one to one also large size classes. I have also taught via zoom and Google classroom. My students have excelled well above their expected level. I am also a SENDCO and can assess for exam arrangements
