English tutor with a decade of experience teaches text analysis and key essay writing skills in Bradford
Methodology
I strongly believe in creating the foundations for students to be able to rise and continue rising on their own. I promote discussion, independent research, and an engaging, enthusiastic environment. I understand that students also have school and endeavour to not make tuition an extra burden, keeping any 'homework' to an optional minimum, instead aiming to encourage students to apply lessons learnt to their daily schoolwork. I measure success by the student's personal growth and an increase in their understanding. It is my aim to help you think critically and analytically about your work so that you will always continue to improve. I also offer email support for any questions between lessons.
Experience
I have been involved in the world of text analysis and essay writing for over a decade, achieving high GCSE grades and a 2.1 BA from the Open University which heavily featured the study of the English language, essay writing, and creative writing. Over the years I have tutored GCSE-level students in both group and individual sessions to positive results.
