I am a very creative person and I like to approach my lessons differently. I like to look outside the box and find new and exciting methods to teach. There will be lots of colour, mind mapping, story building, brainstorming and puzzles. English is very subjective and students all learn differently, I am embrace weirdness and understand that with English, there are no wrong answers. My lessons always start off with a writing or verbal warm up to get the brains thinking and students excited, this can be anything from a class discussion of the strangest words they know or a writing exercise of a fantasy world they can make up.
I have GCSE qualifications, recieved both A's in my Enlgish literature and Language and them took an extra GCSE English qualification and got an A in that too. For my A Levels I studied English Language, Art and Design and Photography, received CBB grades. I now study at English with Creative Writing at Leeds Beckett, going into my final year.
