About the lesson
I teach online via Zoom as this allows me to send over any resources quickly and allows students to put their study materials all in one folder.
In terms of approach, I like to tailor my tutoring to each individual as everyone learns in their own way- in my experience this is the best way to keep students motivated to learn and try their best. I am patient and always happy to explain a concept in a new/simpler way or explain exemplar answers to help a student understand a process. If you would like to have a chat, please get in touch!

About Luca
Hi, my name is Luca and I am currently a 4th year Medical Student about to intercalate in Physiology at the University of Edinburgh. I really enjoy working with people in figuring out problems and finding new ways to explain concepts which is why I've been involved in tutoring since secondary school.
I achieved grades of A*, A*, A ,A at A-level and A*, A*, A*, 9(A* equivalent in newly introduced curriculum) at GCSE in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths respectively. I have experience in tutoring people from S1|Year 7 to S5/6|Year 12/13.
I'm friendly, organised and definitely have a passion for the sciences as well as people (hence the Medical career :)) so I can hopefully help you get to grips with any tricky concepts!

Perfect! Luca provided excellent planning and lesson time to my daughter who has been preparing for her final exams in GCSE maths and physics. My daughter gained a great deal from the tutoring despite us only arranging 4 exam-preparation lessons.
