I facilitate learning through staged, thought provoking experiences and guided exploration. I have high expectations of work ethos and behaviour which are promoted through positive praise, ‘Building Learning Power’ and the encouragement of a growth mind set. An advocate of hands on learning; supporting positive physical and emotional well-being in balance with academic achievement.

Experience

I have been teaching at Primary level for 13 years including 7 years as a Year 6 class teacher supporting classes between 18 and 30 students through KS2 SATS with excellent outcomes. I have worked across a variety of cohorts considering the individual needs of each learner.
