I fully appreciate the differing learning needs, learning styles, environments and objectives of each learner and therefore I choose to fit the learning method to the learner, and not the learner to the method. Some of the approaches I use are communicative language teaching, content/task-based, natural approach, direct, grammar translation, TPR, situational language teaching, audio-lingual and CLIL.
I have been teaching English as a second language for the past 10 years to young adults (IELTS level) and business people. I have successfully taught more than 300 students on a group and 1:1 basis. I also have a professional background in marketing (20 years).
