Methodology

My approach to tutoring is very much experiential and bespoke to your individual learning needs, engaging in dialogue to create a safe space to ask questions, check understanding and test application of knowledge. I prefer to keep the balance of theory and practical application even in order to keep the session interactive and allow a safe space to fail so that when you need to succeed you can.

I am an experienced trainer with a demonstrated history of working in the volunteer, educational and private business sectors across a range of industries. Skilled in; coaching, business administration, marketing, management, leadership, resilience theory and real world application.

I have a range of accreditation’s and qualifications which compliment my strong professional educational awards. As a highly organised and efficient individual, whose thorough and precise approach to tutoring has yielded excellent results. I offer flexible, personal approach to tutoring that allow clients to feel safe to fail, ask questions, learn and develop so that they achieve the outcome that they want.

Recent achievements include obtaining a distinction in my eMBA and coaching university undergraduate students on how to obtain a higher classification in their degree submission. I also am a market leader in the design and implementation of innovative e-learning approaches utilising tools such as a learning experience platform, allowing for physical, virtual and e-learning to delivered and monitored through one system.

Rate for online lessons : £40/h

Rate for 5 hours of lessons : £200

Rate for 10 hours of lessons : £400

Details

Cancellation policy for lessons is free outside of five days, 50% within five days & 100% if cancellation is same day session is due to take place.

• Safe operation of GRA’s Outdoor Leadership Centre at St George’s Park since opening and contributing to the increasing the growth of sales and programme delivery taking place.
• Meeting and liaising with customers both prior and after programmes to diagnose, design and deliver bespoke training development programmes that meet the customers’ needs.
• Facilitated the development of individuals who are part of elite sports teams including England football teams and Clipper Race skippers and first mates.
