My teaching methods range from functional fitness, weight loss, muscle building, injury prevention and sports specific workouts, all catered to the individual and their goals.
A typical session would consist of a warm up. This would be started by raising the athletes heart rate and then performing dynamic stretches and mobility work to get the necessary components of the body that we’ll be using in the session, fired up and ready for work.
This will also give me an indicator as a coach of the current fitness level you will be working at and highlight your strengths/weaknesses to work on.
Once this is done, we will then be going into the bulk of the session, focusing on exercises and movements that will help the individual meet their fitness and transformation goals in the upcoming weeks.
As we go towards the end of the session with the individual feeling that they’ve pushed themselves out of their comfort zone and have a satisfying sense of achievement, we will the focus on the cool down. This will be any stretches that will help reduce any muscle soreness of the next few days and help improve flexibility and mobility.
My main objective as a coach is to help people see their full potential and in turn, improve their confidence and self-esteem. My motto - “Always leave someone better off than when you found them”.

I have a qualifications in Fitness Instruction, Personal Training, Sports Massage and Strength & Conditioning Coaching.
In my past experience, I have worked and sharpened my skills at one of the top leading gyms in the country and built up a loyal and dedicated client base that reached their desired fitness goals.
I am now back in Devon (where I am originally from) doing this to help educate and empower others to improve their self confidence, health and fitness.
