I always do my best to make my lessons happen in a very friendly and supportive environment, as I believe that this is one of the most important thing to initiate passion and progress.
My methodology is constantly evolving. I take every new student, every technical or musical problem solved as an opportunity to evolve as a teacher, and to become able to help my students in the most efficient way.
Nevertheless, I do believe that the acquisition of certain basics is indispensable to allow every future musician to grow, and I offer to all my students a method that has proven itself.
Every student is a unique person, with different strengths and difficulties, and considering this, I constantly adapt my teaching to help them in their musical journey.
My lessons usually take place to my home (Lancaster Gate Station) or to my students' homes. Because of the current situation, I am now delivering online lessons, and I will make myself able to switch from 1-to-1 lessons to online lessons when required. All 1:1 lessons will take place in a strict respect of the government rules.
I have more than 6 years of teaching experience, which represents around 700 hours of teaching. During all these years, I taught to many different types of students, from 5 to 75 years old, from complete adults or children beginners to advanced musicians.
Some of my students auditioned successfully for music schools and conservatoires and I helped many of them with their exams. But beyond auditions and exams, I try to communicate my passion for music making to anyone who wishes it. My lessons always take place in a friendly but demanding environment, and I do know how to adapt my teaching to each student.
Along with private lessons, I have also given lessons in music schools, summer academies and musical workshops with young children.
I trained at the Paris Conservatoire (CRR) with Hélène Dautry, and I am now continuing my training with Alexander Chaushian at the Royal College of Music.
In case of important travel time, my rates can be subject to change.

Perfect!
Perfect! Aurélien teached me during one year as a debutant that i was. It was a very pleasant moment and experience for me. He is an extremely nice person and a very good professional. His way of teaching is not only very nice and patient but also very productive in a sense that we did a lot of progression together. Aurélien helped me a lot to understand fast some basics i did not had before. He helped me a lot with some exercises to adapt my fingers and my position as i have very small hands. He was very quareful to all movements I did and he correct them progressively. Aurélien was for me a very good teacher and a special nice and elegant person. Unfortunatly for me he is no longer in Paris.
Ada is a very joyfull and passionate student. It has been a pleasure to give her cello lessons !
Perfect! Aurelien has been a really good cello teacher and was able to help me master this instrument. He's very precise and knows how to push his students to their best. You can be sure, I went to his lessons with motivation and I couldn't wait for it every week. You can hire him without any hesitation, I strongly recommend him.
Lessons with Kevin went perfectly fine. He is a talented student, and giving him some cello lessons has been a pleasure !
Perfect!
