I thrive on being creative by developing different learning opportunities that captures children's attention and imagination, motivating them to learn and succeed. I feel this approach encourages children to become confident and independent learners which is key to their future learning and success.
I have been an Early Years/Key Stage 1 teacher for over twenty years and have a comprehensive understanding of how young children learn. I have always planned lessons that meet the needs of every individual, ensuring they reach their full potential.
I am a qualified Primary teacher with 21 years’ experience, predominately within the EYFS. In my previous positions, I was determined to provide children with a broad, enriched and inviting curriculum that provided equal opportunities for all. Through observation, assessment and recording I ensured my planning suited the needs of every child.

As saying " To teach is to touch life forever ", that was impact of Mrs Lee on my daughter. Mrs Lee was class teacher when my daughter was in reception. It has been 5 years now and Mrs Lee is her favourite teacher till today and forever. I worked with Mrs Lee for 2 years and I have seen her immense capabilities as a teacher. She is a beautiful person inside out.

Good luck to you Sarah
I have known Sarah for 29 years, having met on our B.Ed Primary university course in 1991. I warmed to Sarah immediately, due to her friendly disposition and positive, empathetic outlook on life. We quickly became close friends and have remained so ever since. She is quite simply one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Sarah has been a Primary School Teacher for over twenty years and has co-ordinated English and EYFS throughout the schools she worked in effectively, creatively and with great skill. She has worked as a Senior Leader; leading her teams in a supportive, professional, and approachable manner.
Sarah understands the needs of young learners extremely well, but is equally suited to teach across the primary age range due to her flexible and adaptable nature. She plans exciting and engaging activities that brilliantly match the needs of her pupils.
Sarah is an extremely patient and caring person, who empathises with others and is very supportive to both parents/carers and the children she teaches. She takes on new challenges with vigour and likes to make that sure she completes any activity to the best of her abilities. Sarah is a completely dependable and trustworthy person, who understands the need for confidentiality in any role she undertakes. She is an excellent communicator and is highly efficient and reliable, as well as being extremely conscientious.
For these reasons, I heartily recommend Sarah for the position of tutor.
I have known Sarah for over 20 years and I've had the pleasure of working with her for 6 of those years as a nursery nurse and a fellow teacher.
Sarah has a real passion for teaching. She is a driven and organised teacher who develops inspiring relationships with her students. Using her vast subject knowledge Sarah will adapt and plan for the children's individual needs so they achieve to their full potential.

Sarah is a natural teacher with lots of professional experience of dealing with children. I have seen her on numerous occasions engage my children in a task and gain their trust and co-operation. She is patient, encouraging and interacts with children on their level. She has been able to give me really good practical advice regarding my children's behaviour and learning. I would recommend her as a tutor for your child as she will treat them as an individual and adapt her teaching to get the best out of them in a positive and supportive way.
