I am currently delivering lectures to the BTEC Level 3 Diploma and Extended diploma as well as Level 4/5 Higher National Diploma and Certification in Engineering program. I am also the course tutor for the HNC and HND program in General engineering and Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
Liaising with the HE coordinator to create the HE Engineering Program Handbook and in the process of creating the new course information requirements for college web.
I embed technology into learning by using EdTech platforms and digital learning tools to support teaching and learning.
Ensure that the learning outcomes for the units and modules are efficiently and effectively delivered through a variety of different learning strategies.
Deliver engineering lessons as a combination of theory and practical. Practical lab works involve building circuits on breadboard, testing circuits using multimeter, oscilloscopes and logic probes, simulating and testing circuits using simulation software, PLC programming using Siemens PLC and Step 7 Software, Arduino microcontroller based circuits and robotic programming etc.
Communicate effectively with students and respond appropriate to their needs.

Carrying out continuous internal verifications, to liaise with the Standard Verifier to ensure the standards within the programme are continuously maintained.
Ensure that the marking and assessment framework is appropriate to the curriculum content and learning outcomes, as agreed by the Team Leader and Head of Division. Also to ensure that students understand the framework.
I also have to ensure that all assessments are fairly marked and graded and there is a consistency between grades.
Maintain an accurate teaching record and monitor learning performance to provide constructive feedback on progress.
Communicate cooperatively with peers, colleagues and parents to meet teaching goals and ethical standards.
I apply appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary.
Work with the Level 3 students to achieve the ALPS target settings/ProAch Graded Value Added.
