An experienced England U19 netballer and Severn Stars U19’s player offering netball coaching sessions virtually or face to face respecting COVID-19 guidelines.
Methodology
My coaching is tailored to the skills the player wants to improve on to make herself a more developed, versatile and intelligent player. Netball is all about thinking and decision making so I would incorporate these drills as well as strength and conditioning drills to ensure the players fitness is at the best level possible.
Experience
I am a qualified Level 1 netball coach and I lead netball sessions weekly for my club and school this has encouraged me to widen my coaching skills to this platform. I have been playing netball for as long as I can remember and I have progressed through club, county, regional and super league academy level through the Franchise Severn Stars. From this I have been successful in gaining a place in the England Netball Roses Academy where I play with the most talented girls in the country.
