I have taught for 23 years as an Advanced Skills teacher and Lead Practitioner. My results at GCSE, A-Level, Btec level 2 and 3 show students gaining at least 2 grades above target over the last 15 years. I don't leave any student behind, there are many creative and innovative ways to make sure each student in my class can achieve success at any level. Even if they give up, I don't.
