Perfect! very friendly and knowledgeable, great teacher and got right into a fun lesson
Perfect! Excellent teacher. Her lessons are well thought out and tailored to my needs. I have no interest in any form of musical career, I am leaning for my own pleasure. Christina immediately understood. What I have really enjoyed is learning to play exercises that improve my overall technique while also learning songs from artists I like. I really recommend Christina.

Find out more about Christina
01
When did you first develop a passion for music and your favourite instrument?
I started piano lessons at the age of 5 and I can say since then I fell in love with music. My passion for music grew even more when I first decided to learn the guitar at the age of 14. Growing up I had various musical influences from classical music to metal however rock and blues gave me the spark I needed to play the guitar.
02
Is there a particular type music or artist that you listen to on a loop without it driving you crazy?
Rock and blues is what I can't stop listening to. I love Stevie Ray Vaughn - I can listen to him all day. However I also love Yvette Young which is my most recent obsession.
03
Explain to us the most difficult or riveting course you could personally give to a student of music.
I think a challenging course to give to a music student would be to transcribe music on their own. It puts all skill into practice wether that may be their ear training, theory or playing ability.
04
What do you think is the most complicated instrument to master and why?
I think each instrument has its difficulties but if I had to chose I would say violin. I've tried it recently and it was a huge challenge from the very start!
05
What are your keys to success?
My keys to success are consistency and routine practicing. With a musical instrument it take small steps everyday rather than one day of practicing every week.
06
Name three musicians you dream of meeting in your favourite bar in the early hours of the morning. Explain why.
First of all, I would love to see Yvette Young just because I'm obsessed and would love to meet her. The second artist I think should be Ozzy Osbourne just because I think he would be hilarious in the early hours at a bar. Lastly, I'd love to meet Bjork and discuss creativity.
07
Provide a valuable anecdote related to music or your days at music school.
There's nothing you can't do if you set your mind to it!
08
What are the little touches that make you a Superprof in music?
The differentiation of each student is really important to me and I have multiple approaches so that I'm able to help. I love carrying an open mind and welcome new ideas so I encourage my students to search and explore music rather than just dictate.
