Firstly, I like to gain an understanding of your needs and background so I can provide the best individual advice possible. Once I know what area it is you looking to improve, we will discuss ways to improve your areas of concern and we will set goals and targets together so you are fully aware of what is required and how you can monitor your progress. Regular reviews of your progress will take place to make sure the plan and advice are helping and we can adjust if necessary. I am happy to type out advice and plans, and provide you with useful sources of information to aid and guide you towards achieving your goal.
I am a former Bupa Health Advisor, performing tests including blood tests, ECGs and musculoskeletal assessments and providing lifestyle advice based on those results. With experience and knowledge from my BSc and MSc degrees, my lifestyle advice varies from discussing weight management, physical activity and dietary suggestions, stress management and sleep improvements. All advice is tailored to the individuals, and I have learnt how to approach different challenges and troubleshoot plans and advice if they are not working.
Young, enthusiastic and hard working. Throughout my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, I have acquired skills useful for any working environment, for example being able to communicate effectively and meet targets and demands. Being part of team sports and team working environments, I understand the importance of teamwork and communication while being competent in working independently. My working career revolves around working with customers and clients; building a rapport and interacting in ways to ensure their experiences are positive and the reputation of the business is good. I want to expand my skillset and develop my career by building on opportunities to train and gain new qualifications.

Hobbies and Interests
I played football for Dover Athletic in their youth section before going to university. In May 2019, I raised money for two charities, Brain Tumour Research and Pompey in the Community, by playing in an annual university charity event, Student v Staff football match at Fratton Park. Personally, I raised over £200 with the total amount raised over £15,000.
I find myself curious to develop my scientific knowledge, watching TED talks and reading research papers to keep updated on the latest research. As a former health advisor, relevant and valid research is important when giving lifestyle advice to clients to help improve their health.
