I normally teach based on two approaches PPP (Presentation, practice, production) and TBL (Task-based learning). TBL starts providing the learner with a universal experience of language and then helps them learn more efficiently based on their context wheareas PPP provides a more basic learning structure that is more in the imaginative side than contextual and then provides activities to practice what was presented.
Nonetheless, I prefer to meet and asses the student and from then on adjust my techniques to the student's needs and learning methods.

In this job, I was responsible for teaching English to starter and elementary levels, from teens to mature adults. When I was last in Mexico, my past employers asked if I could assist them with two groups that had learning problems and conflict among students. Following further tuition from myself, the students were able to attain a better understanding of English and subsequently achieve their goals of passing to the next level. Furthermore, with the other group, I was able to shift the energy from conflict towards learning.
This experience enhanced my persuasion skills as I had to convince and motivate students to believe in themselves and continue assisting classes. In addition, I developed a great reaction sense to handle difficult situations with tact and efficiency.

Furthermore, I gained experience in management as I had to work with al the course teachers to complete the course with excellence.

In this job, I was in charge of taking the younger students from class to class and teaching a beginner and advanced art class. I took care of a lot of young children, which developed my tolerance, patience and time management when assisting the students.
