My teaching method is based upon target areas of nutrition that are important to you. From here, we can discover the different ways of approaching learning about the physiological side and the chemical side of things, and/or learn more simply the impact and effect of your diet/different types of foods/lifestyle factors. Each lesson can be tailor made to suit your interests, starting, if you wish, from the basic nutrition right through to the in depth chemical reactions within the body. My aim is to ensure the information given is clear, concise and most of all useful to you.
I am a nutritionist with a diploma in clinical nutrition and an honours degree in nutrition and human health with 5 years experience as a private nutritionist. In my time practicing, I have helped people to achieve weight loss, optimal nutrition, healthy life choices, diabetes management, mental wellbeing nutritional and my specialist area of skin nutrition.
