About Charlotte
I have a degree in Primary Initial Teacher Education with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the University of Worcester. Over the past 9 years I have had taught children of a range of ages, particularly children in Early Years and Key Stage 1. I have spent the past 5 years as a Phonics Lead Teacher and Deputy Early Years Lead. In my current teaching position I have a proven track record of raising standards in all areas of Early Years and National Curriculum including Phonics, English and Maths.
