About Cillian
I’m a Project and Program Leader with an engineering background and extensive experience delivering complex programs across multiple industries.
Over the past decade I’ve led cross-functional teams from concept through launch, working at the intersection of engineering, product, operations, and leadership. My focus has always been turning complex initiatives into clear, structured execution that delivers real business value.
Along the way I’ve developed a passion for helping Project Managers grow into confident leaders. Many PMs understand the theory but struggle with the realities of leading projects, navigating stakeholders, and living up to their full potential.
My coaching focuses on the practical side of project leadership, the skills that actually help you succeed in the real world.
