About Haider
My journey of jiu-jitsu started because I suffered from confidence issues and major anxiety, jiu-jitsu helped me overcome these major set backs in life and now I want to help others learn this martial art for whatever personal reasons they have chosen to learn this skill.
I was fortunate to have amazing coaches from one of the best academics in the UK and have learnt a lot from them, especially by competing in various compilations.

Classes will be given by myself for people looking to start Brazilian Jiu-jitsu who 18+ males.
The classes will be broken down in 4 stages during a 1.5 hour class.
Stage 1 - Warm up
Stage 2 - Techniques/Drills
Stage 3 - Sparring
Stage 4 -Cool down/Stretches
I have 1 year experience of teaching while I've also been training for 5 years receiving my purple belt from Kev Capel under Roger Gracie Academy. I have competed at various competition at different levels throughout my journey of jiu-jitsu while picking up a bronze and a silver.
