Who am I?
I am an A-level student that achieved 9 A*-A (7-9) GCSE Grades and currently studying Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
I am currently supporting GCSE Science and Math students, as well as A-level Physics and Chemistry.
What is the ethos behind the lessons?
The best learning method is through understanding and I deliver this to students by guiding their learning based on the subject specification. To facilitate the students learning I provide revision guides to work with during the lesson. The next step is practice their understanding to highlight areas of weakness using online and personal resources provided during the lessons that I myself used to achieve my A* in Maths, Chemistry and Physics.
What does the lesson look like?
Typically, the lesson is split into learning subject content and practice questions. Whilst teaching the subject content I am open to questions at all times to ensure the student is actively learning and not passively learning.
My lessons are challenging and engaging and I intend to support my students in any possible way I can including outside of lessons too.
I have had a lot of experience working with secondary school children with a range of abilities, I am currently a personal tutor for GCSE students. Previously, I worked part time at a tuition centre working with students of different abilities. During my first year at sixth form I was a Maths Ambassador assisting GCSE students who needed that extra help but also pushing other students to their limits due to my strong GCSE background and great teachers; I managed to achieve 9A*- A grades. I realised that sometimes its not only your hard work that leads you to achieve but the tips and tricks that your teachers/tutors can provide. I wish to do the same.
I was also a Tennis Ambassador; I have developed my leadership skills through coaching children and also went around different school implementing different ways to teach the sport.
I have also had work experience in a professional environment at Barclays where I developed my interpersonal and team-working skills in assisting customers and covering for my team members if and when needed

Perfect! He is very good. Explained things very well. Well prepared and knowledgeable. Enjoyed my lesson with him. Will recommend to anyone interested in being tutored
Inayan is a focused student with a strong, positive mindset. With time, I think that he can learn to train his brain and improve his knowledge as well as exam technique to reach his full potential.
Abdurrahman is a trustworthy tutor because he is very honest in his work and always puts in 110% effort to ensure students receive optimal education whilst learning. He is very clear in his explanations throughout lessons and is eager to help students when they are struggling. He is simply Amazing.
I would say Abdurrahman is a trustworthy tutor for a plethora of reasons. First and foremost is that he consistently provides me with accurate information, equipping me with the necessary tools to thrive, and strengthen my knowledge. Furthermore, he takes the time to communicate with me, and discuss my weaknesses, aswell as how to improve my strengths, and replies to questions (online) swiftly. His consistency coupled with work ethic, and his ability to condense topics without leaving crucial prices of information makes him a "trustworthy" tutor. I would strongly recommend him!
