About Nicole
I’m a purple belt with over 7 years of training and competition experiences, medalling at local and overseas competitions.
Having coached kids' Brazilian jiujitsu in my previous gyms, I always find it heartening to see them grow confident and feel more empowered over time. I am also easily approachable and eager to share my knowledge of this sport.
With competition-focused students, I’m happy to explore and refine new systems and game plans. With hobbyists, let’s continue building your love and curiosity for this art.

I’ve coached young kids from 3.5 years old to 17-year-old teenagers. I understand that each student might be starting off with different motivations, interest levels and eagerness (or even, apprehension) regarding jiujitsu. My goal is to make it as enjoyable, understandable and approachable for you. If you have competition goals, we can also methodically approach them together over time. Besides coaching kids, I’m also happy to take on adult students, either for 1-1, small group or family lessons.
