My approach to art teaching is linked to my academic training, consisting in a combination between mastering the use of Fine Art materials and the study of old masters and contemporary artists. My methodology aims to encourage and support the development of the individual practice of every student, grounding their creative freedom on the appropriate cultivation of their artistic skills and the knowledge of potential references.
I am a contemporary artist, winner of the Lynn Painter-Stainers Prize and finalist in some others competitions in UK and Spain. I have studied a MA Fine Art in Central Saint Martins and a 5 years BA in the University of Seville. There, I was teaching assistant for 4 years in 6 different subjects, including Life Drawing, Life Painting and Mural Painting.

Perfect! Pablo is an excellent tutor. He is very patient, good humoured and has very high standards. I learned a great deal from him about composition, looking, preparing colour on the palette, tone and line. Always friendly and welcoming I would have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone seeking to learn how to paint or improve their technique or the way they look at images before putting brush to canvas.
Stephen is a very curious and passionate student, who truly engage with the task of learning. He critically listens to any feedback, being able to question and accept it. Due to this approach, he has greatly improved a large number of aspects of his technique, which complement his considerable knowledge about art and his creative character.
Perfect! Excellent tutor, Pablo is very knowledgeable on the thoery as well as the practical aspects of acrylic painting. For example, he mentioned about how to make objects that you're painting heavy.. how the light reflects and refracts around objects making the edges a bit lighter.
I'd highly recommend Pablo :)
Sanjay is a hardworking student whose drawing skills are considerable. He has a very good sense of composition and he is always open to receive feedback.
