I can provide specific tuition on all aspects of the core LLB modules (as well as public international law and the law of unjust enrichment) at the student's request. I am also able: to discuss sample questions and exam technique; to read over practice answers written by students; and to provide general guidance for longer essay-writing projects like coursework pieces, dissertations or articles.

Abe was an excellent guide in all of my first year modules. He knew how to explain concepts in a simple way. He managed to make it easy to follow complex ideas. He always had patience if I didn’t understand something right away and gave good tips on how to conquer issues on my own. I highly recommend him as a tutor!!
Abe tutored me in my first year at UCL Laws. I can’t be grateful enough for my sessions with him as they made the transition from school to law school so much more manageable. What is truly amazing about Abe is that he is able to help with ALL aspects of studying law. Not only did he explain concepts in Property Law, Contract Law, Public Law and Criminal Law well, but he also gave exceptional advice on how to structure and write essays, revise properly and take effective notes. It would have been very difficult to make it through the first year without his reliable and patient support!
The study of law is a serious endeavour, which makes the time that Abe took out of his busy schedule to guide us through 1st year even more valuable. His solid understanding of the core modules meant that he was able to offer logical and pertinent advice, whilst his excellent organisational skills allowed us to gain valuable knowledge of the importance of time management and planning. However, Abe is also aware of the broader picture. He is able to understand and appreciate that the role of an undergraduate mentor is not just about academic guidance, but also about ensuring the mental wellbeing of one’s mentees. His flexibility in arranging meetings to suit us all and his genuine interest in our development both as students and as people is direct proof of Abe’s abilities as an undergraduate mentor.
Abe really helped me during my first year at university. He is very patient and open to discussing any questions, regardless of the module or topic. While he has an excellent idea of what the examiner is asking in a problem/essay question, he was very understanding of different approaches, giving advice about how to fine-tune them.
I would definitely recommend him!
Abe has been an amazingly helpful tutor. He is very knowledgeable about many things from academics, to careers to general student life. He’s super approachable and always willing to help - would 100% recommend!
