Regarding my fitness classes the general structure varies depending on level and goal. A generic overview is a 10 minute warm up (usually on a variety of cardio machines), a 40 minute sessions of weights (the rep and weight are dependent on the goal), and finally stretching and nutrition advice to finish the session. I will also be able to provide meal plans with a macronutrient breakdown in order to get the most out of a session. On the boxing front, I will start with a 10 minute skipping and dynamic stretching war up followed by 20 minutes of mixed pad and bag work. Next, 10 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training) followed by 10 further minutes of pad work (potentially sparring) before stretching out at the end.
My rates may vary depending on the distance of travel, and should the lesson be cancelled within 24 hours of the start time I charge £5 cancellation fee.
I have been under the guidance of a number of personal trainers over the last few years, as well as extensive independent research. I do not possess personal training qualifications, however I believe myself to know exactly what is needed regarding either muscle gain or body fat loss, as I myself sit at 90kg and 9% body fat. Also, I am a keen boxer, specialising in pad and bag work.
I am currently in my first year at Durham University, having taken a Gap Year, where I travelled various places such as South America. I am studying Politics and Philosophy Combined Honours degree, with the ambition to complete the GDL and LPC courses upon graduation.
