I base my classes on the ability of the student. This is based on their past experiences and how far they are in terms of their fitness goals. I mainly teach beginners as I am an encouraging teacher and people find that welcoming when taking part in something they aren’t particularly confident in.
I have been a dancer since I was 5 and am now in my 3rd of my dance degree. I have always had a passion for teaching, fitness and overall health. I feel it’s an important aspect of life to have a good amount of healthy physical exercise.
