Methodology
Anybody can write. It’s the editing that matters most of all. My teaching philosophy does away with writing workshop prose and encourages expression in order to find your voice. Everybody is unique and their narrative voice should reflect this. I believe in positive coaching.
I expect my students to read in their free time but don't care what.
First lesson is free. Every student receives a free copy of King's On Writing when they sign up.
I also offer a proofreading service (charged hourly), essay support, assistance and completion (charged hourly up to 6 hours, then a flat fee will
need to be decided).
These services require a deposit that will be taken off the final amount.
My goal is to get you to feel confident sharing your work and be your own editor.
Experience
I have five years in the book industry (post degree) and have judged on book prize panels, as well as being asked to regularly proof read writers' work. I know what is expected, know how to achieve it and know how to get you there.

First Lesson Free : 60 minutes
Second Lesson: 60 minutes + Copy of Stephen King: On Writing.
Every lesson thereafter lasts 60 minutes.
