About Blair
I am a member of Civil Air Patrol, which has given me mentorship and teaching skills. I have learned the fundamentals of leading, and maintaining professionalism. That being said, I make my lessons as fun and engaging as possible. I can adapt to the students individual needs, whether that be serious, or fun.

I focus on the mentorship aspect. If the student is not understanding the concept, I try a different approach. I am a visual learner who benefits from analogies and mnemonic devices. I incorporate those in each lesson. I teach elementary and middle school.
