About Heather
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have been teaching the flute for over 8 years now to pupils ranging in age from six to forty-five. I teach any standard, whether you're a beginner, or you are more advanced and wish to pursue a career in music. Throughout my years of experience, I have taught within schools, music centres and privately. The majority of my pupils like to be entered for ABRSM examinations and my current pass rate is 100%.

At the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, I studied flute with Alison Mitchell (Principal flute in the Scottish Chamber Orchestra), and Piccolo with Janet Richardson (Principal Piccolo in the Royal Scottish National Orchestra)
