I also strive to explain everything that we are doing in order for you to better understand the science behind it, and to enable you to carry on your journey later on without me.
I am an engineer with a diploma in food an nutrition, and courses in physiology, with a passion for fitness, bodybuilding and power-lifting. I have been training others since university (over 10 years), and I am very motivated in supporting you in achieving your goal.
