lessons are open to everyone to get there hands dirty and in my eyes everyone can cook and with proper guidance creative skills passion and drive they can become wonderful chiefs. While i do theory and presentations i focus massively on practical areas; as we all know a christian's sword is the Bible as Recipes are to Chefs or cooks , but i on the other hand want to see how creative you can be without the limitations of a recipe cause for me once you have passed through the theory you would have adequate knowledge in food preparation, proportion and safety. On the flip side upcoming Pastry chefs would have to follow recipes to the "T" and if flatter they would also know and find the appropriate remedies
I have been cooking for as long as i can remember. I have taught my fellow classmates how to make their dishes more presentable and tasty. Personally cooking for me is a work of art which is used to express oneself , it can bring out one's creative nature not only in decorating or garnishing but compiling foods items whether fresh or leftover that is within your reach whether in ur kitchen or garden, and making something brand new that is delicious and both economic and budget friendly not to mention healthy.
