At first I was waiting on customers, until I was asked to complete a Food and Hygiene Level 2 course in order for me to start working in the kitchen.

On weekends I would be asked to glass collect on busy nights and on nights such as new years eve.

I had the role of looking after many of the children that came into the youth centre and setting up activities that would keep them entertained and happy. I was also a support for one young person who was suffering mentally and my role was to always ensure that he was okay.

I also had a lot of communication with many of the customers due to many of them being elderly people and I was asked to take the paper into the house and directly to the person who lived there due to them being physically impaired.
