I like to keep fit myself, I run every three days and work out every three days too. Basically my routine is one day cardio, one day work-out and one rest. All of these are very important for both your body and your mind.
I have a good knowledge of sports, mainly those fitness-related, but I enjoy a lot of different ones, that goes from natation/climbing to martial arts/boxing !
