I usually base my classes on whatever the student needs at the time, whether it is something they are struggling to comprehend in school or for more goal based learning (moving to France for example). My teaching method is a mix of talking in french, completing short exercises, and recommending reading or viewings to consolidate that learning in between sessions.
I have spoken French my whole life as I was born and raised in Lyon, France. I have given lessons to primary school aged students occasionally for a few years, with each of them gaining a better understanding of the language as time progressed. I do want to make clear that this would be helping with any difficulties or specific needs rather than full time lessons in the way a school does, so a bit less formal.
