Hi!! I am Angèle 29 and French National. Hmmmm wait! Correction: I am Parisian ( it’s an identity and a way of breathing and living... that I will try to explain with time hihi...) who had to reboot/use the erase button from my studied English in France and completely relearn English 6 years ago when I came in London. I speak few others languages as well and still learning.
Therefore, I can fully understand the pain as well as difficulties, scares doubts associated with learning/relearning a new language and why not a bit/fully of another culture to fully feel connected with the language and people.
I adapt myself to each individual with inter exchange communication explanations games, music and books recommandations etc. You will realise that since you speak English, French is really a peace of cake. Since 28 to 40% of English words are French.
( In this last paragraph you have 9 French words...)
One of my first job for very long time (16 to 19 years old) was taking care of preschool or primaries students after school (homework, etc...). Without affirming that I have a good pedagogy I will confidently say I know the art of keeping your interested and curious so you don’t see the time past...
I have a degree in marketing and sales in France and back here went back for a 4 years business management and finance course. Got my degree early in 2019 and work for a tech company as business developer and preparing for an MBA in a really great worldwide business school. This being said I am speaking/learning/mastering few languages myself.
I truly fully understand the struggle and being playful and light as well as curious are the best ways to digest a new language not to say anything you are learning.
Based on your level and willingness to learn or lessons ( 3 to 5 hours a week) if you want a discount rate we can go for a full 3 months (+) courses where we have both webcam and face to face and it must be paid in advance.
You get with that a great Parisian and french cultural immersion ( books, movies, snacks, slangs, cultural differences etc... ).
The hourly rate will be £20 for half/half or 60/40% of both ways based on how busy or not you are.
I can guarantee you that we will have a lot of fun learning from each other...
It is a commitment to learn a new language and it must be fun so that you can quickly be a proficient user or at last intermediate user who can continue later on solo.
